New installations/Rewires

Whether you are looking for alterations to existing power or lighting circuits, a full rewire or a new circuit, Electriage can provide a total installation solution for your domestic property.

All electrical work will be inspected and tested on completion and certified with an NICEIC certification. We are Part P compliant with the building regulations and will certify compliance on your behalf.

Electrical installation condition reports (EICR)

An EICR is recommended every ten years, or on change of occupancy. We have many years of experience and use specialist equipment to produce comprehensive reports on all types of electrical installations. These are always in agreement with the BS7671 requirements for electrical installations.

The periodic inspection will include:

• Check electrical installations for any hazards which will cause an electric shock or fire
• Visually inspect your installation
• Carry out a range of tests to the installation
• Identify and report any defects
• Issue a comprehensive report

Any fault detected will be listed on the certificate and categorised depending on its severity. Upon completion an NICEIC approved contractor certificate will be issued with a cost for any remedials or improvements to make sure the electrical installation is in a satisfactory and safe condition.
